Derek was brilliant, I contacted him with a rather odd idea for our family Christmas card. He contacted me within the hour of filling out the contact form. He was extremely helpful and I was able to book through the website exactly what day and time suited us. On the day of our family shoot, I was concerned about the two small children but Derek was brilliant with them, got our shot quickly and worked with exactly what we wanted. We traveled a little to get to vivid so Derek went through the photos with us straightaway, we picked our shot and it was edited and emailed to us by the afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble at vivid. We will be back for next years Christmas card photo! Thank you Derek
My daughter and I were bought a Capow shoot as a birthday gift and it was the perfect choice for us. Such a fun experience, we got to choose our outfits, did loads of fun poses with props and music for atmosphere. Derek was great fun and very helpful too.

Derek made us feel welcome and relaxed from the moment we walked in. The costume was perfect! I loved dressing up as Wonder Woman and the background set was brilliant. We had lots of fun doing the shoot, Derek had lots of time for us and the photos are awesome.
Found myself needing some professional headshots ... I've never been a fan of posing for photos, but Derek's thoroughness, experience and ability to put you at your ease meant that the experience was pleasant, and the results are perfect for what I wanted ... a very professional job, and good value for money.
